You can request your repeat medication by indicating the items you require on the tear-off slip of your prescription, and posting it to us or handing it in at the practice reception. You can also request medication via your nominated pharmacy. 

WE CANNOT ACCEPT MEDICATION REQUESTS VIA EMAIL.

If you enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope we will post your prescription to you.

Alternatively, you can order your repeat prescription via this website by simply following the links above and filling in the details appropriately.

We are under no obligation to provide Private Prescriptions as an NHS provider.

We do consider each request on an individual basis. Some doctors may be happy to prescribe, but not all. We advise you keep an ongoing relationship with your Private consultant for any times when we are unable to prescribe or to continue your medication. 

• First issue must be from a consulant.
• Further issues requested must be acompanied by a clinic letter from your consultant

Certain medications are specialist only and we are only able to prescribe these when a shared care agreement is in place and the provider is NHS commissioned.

Some NHS and private clinics request unlicensed products. These will be considered on an individual basis, and not all requests can be fulfilled. In these instances we will write to your consultant and advise you of this decision.

You will need to request your ongiong prescriptions from your consultant.
